Many choices, why Trotec?
The choice is no longer trying to determine if your school needs a traditional blade cutter or a laser, it's "which laser?" There are several models on the market for crafting all the way to industrial devices used in manufacturing and professional labs around the world. Trotec spans all these needs and your students will be prepared for the job force with the Ruby software and the modeling software already in your curriculum.
The best laser device for your school, library, lab, or CTE shop can be overwhelming and potentially different for every program. Funds are limited and budgets are becoming uncertain. We have helped 1,000's of schools pick the perfect model with the strongest reputation for onsite training, support, avoiding unplanned reoccurring costs, and high user success. Laser type, safety requirements, size of the device, local connectivity, and login privacy requirements are just a few common areas our customers ask and we can help your district navigate.
Trotec models have the option to be delivered, set-up, and supported at your location.

Ruby® connects all your laser machines in one network. You can distribute jobs across multiple machines from a PC or Mac. Jobs are loaded onto the integrated memory and processed without an additional PC. Thanks to the new workflow, jobs can be prepared by students and produced by another, anywhere and at any time within the same network. No subscription and easy for classrooms and labs to integrate.

Engage students in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math with hands-on laser cutting, engraving, and coding projects that enhance creativity, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary learning.

We’re here to help you bring big ideas to life—one approved grant at a time.
